Return policy for U.S orders

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. 
  • Merchandise must be not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. 
  • All sales items are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned.
  • Original shipping charges and customs charges are non-refundable.
  • Please email us for a return shipping label if you don't see one in the original package

 Return Process

For our US customers, you’ll receive return instructions and a free return shipping label with your order. We’ve made returns super easy for you:

  1. Put the items you want to return in a box along with your invoice.

  2. Stick the prepaid label on it.

  3. Get the box to USPS. 

  4. We’ll take it from there and get your return processed and refunded ASAP.

                Return label request for US orders (if it's missing):

  1. Email us at support@retromas.com to request a free return label.
  2. Within 48 hours, we will send you a pre­paid shipping label via email.
  3. Print and attach the return label to a shipping box. Seal the box and send it to California. 

 

International Returns

By placing an order at Ms.Little's Bag, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Retro Mas.

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. You must return your items to the address below within 45days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
